These terms apply when you access or use Strande.
Authorized use
Use Strande only through the account and organization assigned to you. Keep your sign-in details secure and report suspected misuse promptly.
Organization responsibility
Each estate, facilities company or developer is responsible for the accuracy of the people, property, visitor, payment and maintenance records it enters.
Security and availability
We use role-based access and organization-level separation to protect information. Planned maintenance or events outside our control may occasionally affect access.
Payments
Payments processed through connected payment providers are also subject to that provider’s terms. Organizations remain responsible for their pricing, invoices and buyer or resident obligations.
Acceptable conduct
Do not use Strande to impersonate another person, bypass access controls, submit unlawful content or interfere with the service.
